Payment
➵ I Accept payment Only through Ko-fi➵ I do not begin work until I receive full payment➵ Haggling will not be tolerated and will get you blacklisted and blocked➵ Details are required before payment is sent for me to properly determine the price. If payment is sent prematurely, before I have approved details, I cannot guarantee it is accurate➵ I have the right to reject a commission for any personal reason without disclosing
Changes & Refunds
➵ Commission details will be discussed and agreed upon before I accept the payment
➵ Details regarding design, pose must be established before I am paid, and before I sketch - sudden change of mind after sketching begins will warrant a fee➵ Client will get one minor (1) free revision during the sketching stage , during this you may ask for minor changes to the sketch
Changes must be formatted in a list with all changes listed in one message. Multiple sessions of one-off changes will result in heftier fees➵ Additional revisions or Major revision will warrant a fee➵Upon the sketch approval, any changes on behalf of the client's taste will warrant a fee starting at $15.
Mistakes made on my behalf regarding design or anatomy will be edited without charge➵ Client may ask for a full refund only if no work has been completed➵ If I am unable to complete the commission, Client will receive a refund
Rights & Usages
➵ I retain the copyright to each image I create unless our contract specifies otherwise.➵ My work are for personal uses
Profiting from my work without explicit written permission is prohibited and illegal➵ For commercial usage of my work , contact me➵ As the client, you can use the work as icon , banner , post on social medias ,etc, as long as there is proper credit
➵ As the artist , I have the rights to post the finished commission online and use them as part of my porfolio/artbook
* Currently I do not have a fee for private commission , so if the client want me to not post the commission on my socials , please let me know before hand ! If this become an issue I will start charging for private commission➵ The Client is not permitted to use the artwork for any blockchain-related technology , which include NFT , cryptocurrency , etc.
Terms
➵ I will complete the commission work within 1-4 weeks , however complexity , edits, client communication, and other various factors may lengthen this➵ Deadlines under a week from payment will warrant an extra fee, starting at $25.➵ After completing the work , I will send you the art through google drive/email➵ By commissioning me , you are agreeing to my term of service as mentioned above➵ If you , the client did not read the term of service , I will not be held responsible for your own misconception➵ Any violation of my terms of service will result in a black list , you won’t be able to commission me again➵ If you try to submit a false chargeback after the commission piece has been completed , you will no longer have the right to use said piece and be blacklisted . ➵ The mini png will only come in 400x400px⚠️ The base png will only includes basic variety like mouth open/close , It does not include more than one expressions
⚠️ The prices for extra expression depend on how much the Base Art need to be change
If you want a new pose it will be an ‘additional’ base art of said png for both Mouth Open and Closed version of that Expression.
